Jack Shevel

Jack
Shevel has more than 20 years of strategic
operations and investment experience in Southern
Africa & Europe. Prior to founding Netcare
(one of the largest healthcare enterprises
outside of the United States), Dr. Shevel
practiced as a medical practitioner for 9
years before becoming involved in hospital
management in 1989. He has since restored
several hospitals in distress back to profitability
and is internationally recognized for leadership
and innovative entrepreneurial expertise.
Through Netcare, Dr. Shevel led the South
African hospital Industry shift of consolidation
and rationalization prompting competitors
to follow with a resurgence of the healthcare
industry.

Peter
Walkey
Chief Financial
Officer |

Mr.
Walkey joined Centric with over 15 years of
senior financial management and merger and
acquisition experience. He was previously
Chief Financial Officer of TSX listed Priszm
Income Fund, prior to which he was Chief Financial
Officer of Yum! Restaurants Canada. Throughout
his career, Mr. Walkey has held various executive
financial management positions. Mr. Walkey
is a Certified General Accountant, attended
the Queen's University Leadership Development
program and hold's a Bachelor's of Commerce
degree from the University of Toronto.

Katherine
Badali
Chief Operating Officer |

Ms.
Badali holds a Masters Degree in Health Sciences
and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical
Therapy. She has over 25 years experience
in healthcare service delivery in Canada,
has held numerous leadership positions in
healthcare service delivery organizations,
and provided senior policy and consulting
services to government agencies, regulated
Health professional organizations, healthcare
research entities, and Health service accreditation
bodies.

Brenda
Rusnak
Director, Centric Health Advisory Board

Ms.
Rusnak holds a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and
is the founder of Active Health Services.
She has over 25 years experience in delivering
and managing rehabilitation services. In 1989,
her company became the first to deliver preventative
physiotherapy services (including Falls Prevention
Programs), to senior citizens residing in
Nursing Homes throughout Ontario. In 1992,
she enabled third-party insurers and employers
to access standardized, high-quality rehabilitation
services in large and small communities throughout
Canada, by building the first national network
of independently-owned and operated physiotherapy
clinics. Ms. Rusnak has sat on numerous professional
committees, is a frequently invited guest
speaker at healthcare conferences and seminars,
and is a contributing author in Anne Leckie’s
book entitiled “Disability and Claims
Management”. She was awarded the Canadian
Healthcare Manager's “Who's Who in Healthcare
Technology Award”. The award is presented
to winners in the areas of government, group
insurance, healthcare provider, hospital management,
medical research, pharmaceutical, plan sponsor
and technology, and is designed to recognize
individuals who demonstrate an exceptional
level of leadership and vision, and whose
unique approach has made a positive impact
in their field.
